Completed in 1940, the Kanawha Cottage has 20 beds (12 single beds and four bunk beds) on the left side of the cottage and 20 beds (12 single beds and four bunk beds) on the right side of the cottage.
There are also meeting spaces in the cottage. It can be arranged to hold 75 guests theater style, 30 guests classroom style, 45 guests boardroom style or 36 guests U-shaped boardroom style.
