Fiber Arts Guild

A group participating in the practice of textile craftsmanship.

WVU Jackson's Mill partners with the Jackson's Mill Fiber Arts Guild to offer fiber arts practice to the public.

The Jackson’s Mill Fiber Arts Guild meets every Thursday at 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at WVU Jackson's Mill. During these meetings, the workshop focuses mainly on teaching beginning weaving, but also includes guidance in learning to spin, felt and knit. The workshops are free and open to adults of all ages. Homeschool students are also encouraged to learn these heritage crafts.
